Samolet Group appoints new Managing Director
Samolet Group (“the Company”) (MOEX:SMLT), a leading developer of large-scale mixed-use projects across Russia, announces the appointment of Andrei Peregoudov as Managing Director.
Andrei will oversee the creation and development of rental stock for residential and commercial real estate, as well as other projects related to job creation and additional build-up of social and commercial infrastructure.

Andrei Peregoudov possesses many years of leadership experience in both the corporate and banking sectors, where he was in charge of a number of real estate and infrastructure development projects. Between 2004 and 2006, Andrei headed MTS’s Property Management Division, and from 2006 to 2018 he held the position of Senior Vice President at VTB Bank, while also managing its Real Estate Finance Department. Since 2010, he was in charge of VTB Arena Park project and reconstruction of Dynamo Moscow’s historic stadium.
Before joining Samolet Group, Peregoudov was responsible for regional tourism, IT and development projects.
Andrei graduated with honours from the Institute of Asian and African Studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University. He also holds a CCIM degree, took an Executive MBA course from the University of York in Toronto, and has completed the Challenges of Leadership course from INSEAD Business School (Manfred K. DeVries Institute).
